Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LeadTempo AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when customers use our lead-response and appointment-booking service.

Information we collect
We process account details, business settings, lead contact information and messages, appointment details, billing identifiers, service logs, and information customers choose to connect through Google Calendar or email services. Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle and do not pass through LeadTempo AI servers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, qualify and respond to leads, create approved appointments, send transactional messages, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing and customer responsibility
Lead content may be sent to configured AI providers to generate classifications and draft responses. Customers control which leads they submit and must have a lawful basis to process and contact those individuals. Human approval remains available for customer messages and bookings.
Service providers
LeadTempo AI uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, OpenAI for AI processing, Resend for transactional email, Google for Calendar integration, Paddle as merchant of record for billing, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider processes information under its own contractual and security terms.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for support, billing, fraud prevention, backups, and legal compliance. We use access controls, row-level database security, encrypted connections, signed webhooks, and encrypted integration tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Customers may update account and business information, disconnect integrations, manage billing, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify the requester and retain records required by law or legitimate fraud and billing needs.
International processing and children
Providers may process data in countries other than the customer’s country. LeadTempo AI is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.
