Terms of Service
These terms govern access to LeadTempo AI’s subscription software for lead qualification, response drafting, transactional messaging, and appointment booking.

Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a business contract, provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Pilot and Growth plans renew monthly until cancelled. Base prices are displayed in USD; Paddle may display a localized currency, taxes, and conversion amount. Exchange rates and bank charges may apply. You authorize Paddle, our merchant of record, to charge the selected payment method according to the Checkout terms shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unsolicited bulk activity; attempt to access another customer’s data; bypass limits or security; introduce malicious code; or use generated content without appropriate review where accuracy or safety matters.
Customer data and communications
You retain rights in customer data you submit and grant LeadTempo AI permission to process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for consent, privacy notices, communication laws, suppression requests, and the accuracy of business instructions supplied to the service.
AI and automation limitations
AI classifications and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. LeadTempo AI is not emergency dispatch, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. Customers must review important communications, quotes, eligibility decisions, and appointments before relying on them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or maintain third-party integrations. Material pricing changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach. Customers may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Sections intended to survive termination—including payment obligations, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. LeadTempo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.
Governing terms and contact
The laws applicable to the LeadTempo AI contracting entity identified on the customer’s order or invoice govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer or local law. Questions: ajit@leadtempoai.com.
